Some just need help on their “BIG” day.  Our Day-Of Wedding planning service is designed to ensure that your day runs seamlessly.  All you have to focus on is walking down the aisle and saying, “I Do”.

Prices vary depending on the number of guests, size of the wedding party and location. Our Day Of services includes, but is not limited to, the following:

• 2 Meetings
• Gathering and reviewing all your vendor contracts
• Calling all vendors to confirm details and times of arrival/delivery
• Designing floor plan layout for ceremony
• Designing floor plan layout for reception
• Creating a detailed time-line of entire wedding day schedule
• Organizing the processional and recessional
• Rehearsal Coordination
• Offering advice on etiquette and protocol
• Assuming responsibility for all vendor contact for 1-2 weeks leading up to wedding day
• Unlimited email and phone contact

Wedding Day Coordination

• Meet w/ bride to review last-minute direction, questions, concerns
• Greet vendors upon arrival and receive deliveries
• Assist wedding party, family members, guests as needed
• Ensure all vendors are doing their job according to contracts
• Light candles, place favors, assist in decorating
• Gather anything remaining at the end of the night such as gifts, cake servers and toasting glasses.
• Ensure that everything at the venue is cleaned according to the contract
• Provide assistant coordinator(s) as necessary
• Supply two-way radios for Wedding Coordination crew
• Distribute final payments and tips to vendors on behalf of couple
